Congratulations To Stanley!!!

In 2013, we welcomed Stanley Gauthier to Center of Hope (Haiti), Inc. (“COHH”) as a resident orphan and a first grader. He would become 1 of a total of 4 children to reside at COHH and attend the COHH elementary and secondary school. Stanley was left with COHH by his aunt, an impoverished single woman, who could not afford to take care of him.

At COHH, it became quickly apparent that Stanley is a gifted child. He finished in the top of each grade in elementary school (grades 1-6) and in secondary school (grades 7-9). By the time of his graduation from elementary school, he was able to speak fluent Kreyol, English and French.  Stanley passed the required National Exam to continue his education in a high school. COHH enrolled him at Complexe Éducatif du Sacré-Coeur Salésienne de Don Bosco, a private high school in Hinche, Haiti, where he continued to do well in all subjects. 

At COHH, we are pleased to announce that Stanley Gauthier completed the Baccalaureate Exams for high school graduation and on July 5, 2026 graduated from Complexe Éducatif du Sacré-Coeur Salésienne de Don Bosco. He is looking forward to continuing his education in college. He is interested in entrepreneurship but has not yet decided upon a specific area of study.

To all COHH donors (past and present), your support has given not only hope, but also opportunity to Stanley that would not have been possible without your support. You too have every reason to be proud of his achievement.
