Flora Schnall is a retired partner of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. She has served as president of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, as chair of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association, and as chair of the Real Property Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She has also served on the board of directors of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center of New York and is a director and member of the Executive Committee of the Citizens Housing and Planning Council. Ms. Schnall is a graduate of Smith College and of Harvard Law School.
