Christine M. Kim is a partner in the Real Estate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Ms. Kim has extensive experience in real estate mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity offerings and securitized financings. In connection with these transactions, she has represented acquirors, targets, advisors, issuers and underwriters. Ms. Kim is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service. Ms. Kim is a graduate of Georgetown University and Columbia University School of Law.
