Mr. Lipscomb serves as Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Lipscomb's civic affiliations include serving as Chairman of the Citizens Budget Commission of New York, a trustee of the Board of Trustees of the Practising Law Institute and a member of the Board of Directors of Graffiti Ministries. Mr.Lipscomb is a graduate of Howard University, Columbia University School of Law and New York University School of Law. |
